I'm giving them a 3 just because getting my food was a horrible experience. My 1st time there i spent so much time waiting for my food I miss the entire bowling session. It was so unorganized.. they had two kiosk you can order at which made the lines so long. They had two registers but only use them when you choose the option at the kiosk to pay at the registers which was so stupid I could just order there n pay there cut the line down by half . They had 4 ppl working back there and they ALL had no structure and correct managing (might i add for a Hugh place the kitchen area was sooooo small oven were so small to which was also a hold up for ppl getting food) why are there only 4 ppl in the back should be 5-6 ppl on a busy night 3 cook(1 on fryer 1 on oven 1 on grill) 2 send out/drinks 1 on registers and desserts. Why are they all running round doing the same thing ?everyone's grilling frying sending out etc.I waited almost 30-35 min for 2slice of pizza n fries and then an extra 20min for ice cream cone and ice cream in a cup. Make it make sense. I was so aggravated 😒 but went upstairs we had good time and went home.
Absolutely amazing, me and my wife came in and were blown away by how much fun this place offers ! Everything was super clean nice and eye pleasing. The high line is the spo-Che on the 2nd floor. It’s super worth it and on a weekday night it’s not so busy so you can get a nice amount of time on any of the many fun activities to be done! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good time !
I try very hard to never use a credit card because it decrases the value of the dollar as the establishment pays a fee for the transaction. I'm done and this place pushed me into changing this. I don't ever send food back if I'm not happy with it and I rarely ever go back and get food that wasn't given in the bag at the drive through and it happens often with a family of 6 but this has nothing to do with food. Places these days have zero customer service and have lost respect for their customers. We are here to bowl, a total of 7 of us as we came here to let my dad check it out since Sparz closed down a couple months ago. They offer per person games, per person per hour and per hour per lane. I told the lady I wanted 2 hours on 2 lanes and she asked me how many people we had bowling, I told her 7 of us and 2 of us already had bowling shoes and she just said we needed to show them to her to be approved. I sent my son to grab the shoes from the bag and she proceeded to tell me the total. I got the cash from my wallet as she approved the shoes. I paid, got my receipt and proceeded to the lanes. My son starts looking at the receipt and tells me they still charged for 7 shoe rentals. I finished getting all the names entered so they can start bowling as the timer is running. I bring the receipt to the desk and there is a different lady there. I hand her the receipt and explain that I was charged for 7 shoe rentals but only needed 5 as the other 2 have shoes and she looks me dead in the eye and says, " how do you know she charged you for all 7", I replied, "that's what the receipt says" her reply while still looking at me, "how much did she charge you for the shoe rental?", "It's printed on the receipt that you have in your hand", I replied. She counts it up and still didn't understand. I had to explain it to her like I have to explain things to my kids sometimes. Finally she understood and got what I think was the manager. The manager said she was going to refund the 2 rentals and I explained to her that the lady that rang us up charged us per hour per person and per hour per lane. She looked and understood but said that she had no way to change that part of the transaction. So basically I paid $30-$40 more for the 2 lanes because they were rang up incorrectly. Paying for other people's mistakes is getting very tiring and aggravating. After this transaction, I will be using my credit cards for just about every transaction and when a merchant makes a mistake and can't make it right or compensate me for my time and fuel, I'm contacting the credit card company and let them do a charge back and cost the establishment the total of the transaction and the charge back transaction fee. 2026 is going to be the year for the customer....
I took my nephews to the CA location last year, so we thought we would try FL on this vaca. Outstanding Customer Service! The staff was so very helpful . . . always assisting us with moving smoothly to each of our chosen activities. Highly recommended 👌🏼 🎉!
Visited here a few weeks ago, this place was awesome! The claw machines are really good, and they’re not rigged either. I highly recommend the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream cone, it’s absolutely delicious. Shout out to Liz, she was super helpful and kind, definitely made the whole experience all the better. Thank you Round1 for the fun experience!! ❤️🙏
