Great gym and staff, and fantastic setters. Lots of good equipment and training space. They have a really cool topout wall for kids that has a slide to get back down. There's even a comfy lounge area upstairs. The only downside is that they don't open until later in the morning so there's currently no options for people who have to train early mornings.

(Updated) Drove an hour here from Durham to check it out and was very impressed with the facilities and setting. Honestly significantly better than anything I’ve seen in the Triangle. Grading felt very fair and accurate, and the routes were fun and safe. Most of the routes were leftover from the competition the previous weekend, and the setting staff did a phenomenal job with them. The previous time I went here there was a competition that wasn’t marked on the calendar and I wasn’t able to climb, but I was offered a few free day passes due to the distance which I was able to redeem on the second visit which I really appreciate. Overall a great gym!

Just an average gym. Was in for a competition and it could have been a bit more organized as not very convenient for spectators to watch as only 1 parent aloud back at a time. Very crowded. Not very impressed.

My family and I visited Ruckus on Saturday afternoon for their intro to climbing course. What a great experience to remind my family, the basics of rope climbing. The facility was incredible. The staff was friendly And encouraging Everyone should check out Ruckus.

Super welcoming helped us get used to the climbing and rappeling. The owner loves what he does and even belayed us personally. Bouldering was cool too they had a couples climb which needs two people which I personally was a hugeeee fan of!
