I just started taking Rumble boxing about 3 weeks ago I'm obsessed I go five times a week it is the best exercise for overall core cognitive it helps get the rage out and you feel amazing leaving. All of the trainers there are awesome I just had a class with Haley and she rocked it out and I feel Rumble strong

Henry and Haley are phenomenal coaches who genuinely care about helping you get better and have cultivated an incredible sense of community in the studio. I’ve been a member for over a year and it’s always a great workout. All of the trainers are awesome but special shoutout to Paige for being particularly great to train with! She knows how to be motivating without being pushy or annoying about it. She really knows her stuff and genuinely cares to make sure everyone in the class is doing the workouts safely and to the best of their ability. She’s the best!
