We engaged Yesenia and her team to help us sell our condo in SF and we had a great experience! We live in LA, so we were a bit concerned about not being in SF during the sale process, but Yesenia and her team made it easy. They handled inspections, engaged service providers to fix any issues that arose on our behalf, and coordinated with our contractor. The individuals they engaged for paint etc were always professional and gave us a fair price. They never let us worry or stress about anything and always had a solution. Yesenia and her team were great at communicating with us throughout the process. They set up regular meetings to go over comps, the game plan, disclosures etc. she priced our condo very well which made it easy to sell at a great price. We were extremely happy with the price that we got. On top of that, she coached us through how to consider competing offers and made sure we were well informed the entire way. We’d definitely work with this team again. They made everything extremely easy for us, especially since we live in a different city. I appreciated the level of communication and expertise they provided us with. Everything went very smoothly.
