Love this place! I especially like soothing yoga on Sunday’s with Bryant. I always leave feeling delicious. At the end he offers (he also gives the option to easily not participate) a little aromatherapy with YL essential oils. It’s the perfect ending to a chill practice. Good for anyone, beginner or advanced. I’ve been doing yoga for a while but it’s hard, imo, to find classes like this. Highly recommend checking it out.
Bryant is awesome for a gentle and warm Sunday morning yoga. Amazing way to start the day.
Great space! Bryant who teaches on Sunday is fantastic, it was just what I needed to round out the week, and prepare for the next!
Great place for yoga classes. I really enjoyed Sandi Russi’s Ananda Yoga and Yoga Nidra class held here. It was very relaxing and restorative. Class sizes are small. Highly recommend. You can also attend her class through the Class Pass App.
