Gabe and Aria are an incredible team sharing an authentic experience. Their openness was refreshing. The workshops throughout the retreat really helped to shape a positive and safe experience that helped me release a lot of barriers I had been holding. My body and psyche felt noticeably lighter and softer after the weekend. They have tender care in every stage of the process.

My experience with Sacred Waters has been nothing short of life changing! Aria and Gabe carry so much wisdom and operate with a high level of integrity. I participated in an 8 week integration program ("In the flow") that included a ceremony and it was incredibly transformative. It helped me shed old stories/patterns and step into a more authentic expression of who I am. More than that, Sacred Waters has become like family to me. It's a great community to be a part of. I regularly attend various events they put on (Yantra Cacao Concerts, meditation, etc). So happy i found this sanctuary!

While the setting, accommodations, and food for my retreat with Sacred Waters were all wonderful, this review is about the most important element of the experience: the people who guide you through your most vulnerable moments. First, Aria. I typically avoid clichés, but it is simply a fact that her voice is angelic. It is gentle yet powerful, soft yet full of emotional and spiritual weight. When she speaks, it is worth leaning in to listen, and for me, that isn't just a metaphor. Even with strained hearing, I never regretted the effort. She is a true nurturer who genuinely cares for everyone in her presence and, just as importantly, is a steady, skilled, and deeply knowledgeable professional. Then there is Gabe, who shares many of Aria's qualities, making them an incredibly effective team. He brings the same warmth, steadiness, and sincere care to the space. He is a truly earnest person, the kind you never feel the need to second-guess; nothing about him is performative. He shows up with presence and humility, holding space in a way that feels grounded, open, and deeply intentional. He guides the musical aspects of the ceremony with profound clarity and heart. So, why is this the most important part? Because in these ceremonies, you may visit the most vulnerable places within yourself. In those moments, who stands beside you is everything. You are trusting them with your entire physical and emotional being. You need facilitators who are steady, kind, present, and who possess a deep mastery of their work. That is Aria and Gabe. They are the partners I will continue to seek for my journeys, again and again.

I don’t even remember how I first found Sacred Waters — I just know I was intuitively guided there, and I’m so grateful I followed the nudge. I reached out asking if they offered womb clearing ceremonies, and Aria responded with such genuine love and care. From the very first message, I felt seen, supported, and truly held. She asked me what I was moving through and what my womb was carrying — not in a clinical way, but with the tenderness of a sister, a healer, a guide. She provided a beautiful preparation list, which helped me set intentions, feel grounded, and know what to expect. I could feel her deep presence even before we met in person. The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful. Aria embodies this gentle, powerful, mother-goddess energy — the kind that makes you exhale and trust. Her singing during the Yoni steaming was soulful and sacred, like being cradled in ancestral remembrance. Every part of the ceremony felt intentional and intuitive. The Reiki work she offered was deeply healing, and I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished on a soul level. Aria’s energy is pure medicine. She holds a space that feels ancient and wise, yet warm and familiar. I felt completely safe and supported from start to finish — and I cannot recommend her work enough. If you’re feeling called to womb clearing, deep feminine healing, or just reconnecting with your sacred center, trust that call. I’m so thankful the Universe guided me to Sacred Waters. I look forward to working with Aria and her husband Gabriel again soon, especially for throat chakra work. This connection is a blessing.

The retreat was amazing. Aria, Gabe, and the other facilitators are incredibly skilled at crafting a safe and supportive experience tailored to what each individual is looking for. The location was perfect for a weekend of growth and expansion. The ceremonies themselves were carefully crafted and full of beautiful music. For me, the small group size is an essential part of what made a Sacred Waters retreat so magical. I really got to connect with other participants and form meaningful bonds around the shared experience. I also appreciated the integration sessions and support offered afterwards. I could feel how much Aria and Gabriel cared about each person leaving with valuable insights and integrating them back into their lives. I would recommend Sacred Waters to anybody who feels called to this journey. It’s an amazing place and I’m grateful to have stumbled upon it.
