Sheila was wonderful! The first time I went in she spent two hours with me so patiently! She gave honest feedback which I appreciated! I could not decide on what I wanted so I waited a couple days and went back!! She was very welcoming and kind! I finally found what I was looking for!! Go see Sheila!! Great customer service!!

On our first visit, we were told to wait at the door without even a greeting. We were picking up an item and didn’t have an ID with us, so we were told to come back with it, which is understandable. However, it was more about the way it was communicated than the policy itself. We returned the next day, and again there was no welcome or customer service. The employee didn’t even take the item out of the bag — she simply said, “Here it is if you want to check it.” She also resized the watch but didn’t put the pin/tang back in correctly. When we pointed out that it was sticking out, she responded that it was because she had resized it and said, “I can fix it if you want.” Of course we would want it fixed — why would anyone want to leave with the pin halfway out? Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for something that should have been a simple customer pickup and adjustment.

The experience from Jared’s was second to none! Stephanie and Emily did such and amazing job helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring for my new Fiancé and I couldn’t be more proud! They were both so helpful and so patient and made me feel like a million bucks walking out with a new ring!

Sent a watch for repair close to half a year ago now and still haven’t received it. The staff can never find the order or service request in their system and I need to help them find every time. They never call to give a status update or follow up with company to get a status on the watch. For a handful thousands dollar watch we bought the protection plan and was told since we purchased that, it takes longer to fix, how is that possible? We pay more and get penalized for it. Save your money with this store and time. Go directly to manufacturer or different watch dealer.

This location is by far the worst I’ve visited. The customer service is consistently poor, especially during my ring inspections. Staff members rarely acknowledge customers and often walk past without greeting or offering assistance. During my most recent visit, I had to say “excuse me” to get an employee’s attention. I was then told, in a very rude tone, “we are very busy as you can see…you need to wait for someone to become available.” This was said while the employee was standing at a computer and not actively helping a customer. There was no apology for the wait, and the interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. This is now the third time I’ve experienced this level of service at this location. It’s disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I’ve spent here over the years. I’ve been a customer for 15 years, and the decline in service is noticeable. I’ve had better experiences at the San Pedro location, but overall, the brand no longer reflects the level of service it once did.
