Horrible after purchase service. After spending a lot of money for an upgrade on a ring, we got it back and the diamond sat crooked and had a worn appearance to the band with discoloration We took it back and we got the obligatory we're sorry. We'll send it out to correct it. Just went to pick it up and what do you know!? Its still discolored, setting is still crooked. How is this getting past the jeweler amd then an employee who supposed is supposed to inspect and make sure perfect. Upon taking ring back each time, the flaws were noticed immediately. We have purchased from 2 other Jareds in the city, but the one at the Rim is horrific. Please don't waste your time. Total incompetence from the jeweler to the staff who verify their inept work. Go to a different location. Currently they have the ring and I'm not sure what the outcome will be. Awaiting a phone call tomorrow. May have to get it and take it to another Jared location that knows what theyre doing. Very disappointed!

I stopped by Jared’s to get some help with my watch, and Juanita Medina went above and beyond. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole experience effortless. She took great care of me and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I even bought a new Tag! If you need anything at Jared’s, ask for Juanita — she’s outstanding!

I purchased a necklace, with a warranty, for my son in June 2024 from Jared Jewelers in Salt Lake City (Murray) while on vacation from San Antonio! The necklace needed to be cleaned and a small repair. I could not find my receipt, but I did have my credit card statement with the purchase information and called my local San Antonio Jared Jewelers at the Rim. I explained my dilemma to the person who answered and she said she could not assist me because they had no record of the purchase by name, my son’s name, and our phone numbers. I explained I had the credit card statement and she said she could not help me using that and I needed to call the Salt Lake City store. I was so frustrated and wasted 15 minutes pleading my case with an associate who did not care! So I called the Salt Lake City store and Beth answered! I explained my situation and within minutes she located my receipt by using the date of purchase from my credit card statement! Beth was extremely detail oriented, efficient, and most importantly made me feel like a valued customer! She is a true asset to Jared Jewelers! Personnel like her epitomize fantastic customer service and why my expectations are so high and unfortunately a complete fail at my local Jared Jewelers in San Antonio! If you are in the market for a special something at Jared Jewelers in (Murray) Salt Lake City be sure and ask for Beth!!

My ring is really pretty and very expensive, but I do not recommend buying it in this expensive store. The ring cost $14,200. Now I want to sell it and no one wants to buy it, they only offer $1,500. And this store does not want to buy it either. It is not worth it. It is better to buy the jewelry privately. This expensive ring is no longer worth anything .. For my part, I do not recommend buying something so expensive that it is worthless later.
