I have been going to SA Transformation Boot Camp since Sept 2010 and couldnt be happier. I have lost a good deal of body fat but more importantly I feel so much better. I have more energy and enjoy life more now. I have never been motivated enough to stay with an exercise program but the trainers are great and do hold you accountable. I was afraid it would be too hard or that the trainers would be too tough like "boot camp" but here they use encouragement and build you up. It is great. NJ also offers great massage therapy.
