Sana yoga offers a great variety of classes and times to choose from and I always leave feeling better. I regularly attend a warm class with Laura and I swear she knows exactly what I need to work on each week. It's a great central location, very clean and the community of students and teachers are just friendly and welcoming.

Each class was perfectly programmed- with plenty of options given for support or challenges. The instructors are friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I felt like I belonged as soon as I walked in the doors!

Sana’s yoga classes are a safe place. I’ve been going to Sana for 3 weeks now and I have fallen in love with yoga practice. The teachers are knowledgeable and encouraging. I feel stronger in every class. The hot high intensity classes are too intense for me, but the yoga classes are excellent!

Beautiful & clean studio. The heat is spot-on IMO after 28 years experience with hot yoga. Have tried several of their classes, and all were very good. Cathy's 26/2 class is great- put it on the schedule regularly please!

My friend invited me to try Pilates and I gave it a try. After class I thought I would never try again because I hate being hot. I had time to reflect on my class and realized how free and proud I felt. I decided to keep going and now I enjoy it. It’s an opportunity for my mind to focus on me for an hour. The staff is really nice and I feel welcome. Give it a try. You will so proud of yourself!
