I thoroughly enjoyed Heather’s all-levels class in the salt cave. Her instructions were easy to follow and I loved that she offered modifications to make each pose more/less challenging. Just what I needed! Will definitely return.

Completed my membership online. The lady that works at the desk was not there the week I decided to go and the instructor (very nice) was unsure how to work the system but took my info down and said she would give it to the regular lady once she returned from vacation and allowed us to join the class. It was an overall great experience. The other ladies in the class seemed welcoming with my mother so we didn’t think there would be an issue. I get an email and a voicemail a week later from the lady it says Debbie Homas on it, stating that they do not accept my membership and they have been trying to get off of that program for years. I’m perplexed because I reported that they no longer accepted the membership to the program provider months ago and til this day it is STILL showing as accepting the membership so I’m not sure what the “real” issue is but I’m definitely delving into this much deeper now. I hope our ethnicity didn’t make anyone uncomfortable but it definitely feels that way at this point and that’s sad.

I recently got a massage from Jenny Max and man! Was it incredible! Her hands are seriously magic. I love the vibe and atmosphere she sets for her clients. Before giving me the massage, she guided me into a brief meditation which really sets the tone to go into a relaxing oasis, melting the stress from day to day life right away! The passion and energy she put into healing me left me with relaxed muscles and an extremely full heart!! I highly recommend letting her heal you as well! I never knew how important for the body consistent massage was, or how fantastic it could make you feel! I will be back soon!

Better Bodies is the premiere yoga studio in Memphis. Karen and her instructors are incredibly attentive and kind. Better Bodies offers a wide variety of classes and services, including: yoga, private yoga instruction, workshops, yoga teacher training, and relaxation sessions in their salt rooms. I’ve been to their regular yoga classes, but tried the “Salty Yoga” class in their Salt Cave tonight. It was such a calming and restoring experience. Ruthie was a great instructor. I really enjoyed how she guided us through each pose and gave us clear, useful instruction on how to get the most out of our practice. The glowing salt displays and music created such a wonderful space. Regardless of your yoga level, I would highly recommend visiting Better Bodies. They truly have something for everyone. TIP: I would recommend arriving early in case any forms or paperwork needs to be completed TIP: they have lockers! Remember to bring a lock!
