I admit, I am of that age that I have my struggles with technology. They are not big struggles, like syncing my keyboard to my iPad, but unfortunately challenging when I hit the wrong key. What I love about Schrock is that they are so welcoming and eager to help with the small stuff and the big stuff. But you know what, they don’t change for the small stuff like a simple question or linking a keyboard. I offer, and they decline. So I will be sure to bring in the big stuff if the need arises. I know my late husband has used them in the past and was very satisfied. I appreciate you Schrock Innovations!!!!!!
Jacob did a great job getting our new desktop with Windows 11 up and running. He also installed a new 24" monitor and speakers. We also got a new Intrepid laptop in November that works well.
They came to the high school where I work. And in no time at all, fixed the issues I was having with my phone. I had constant pop up adds. We had tried everything to stop them. Nothing worked. I have had NO problems with it since. We'll worth the money!
My husband and I had a great experience with Schrock this week. My hard drive died and I took this in to be reviewed. It turned out I needed to purchase a new laptop, which I did. Burough was WONDERFUL and is so smart, helpful and customer service oriented. My husband ordered a new tower as well. They set everything up on my laptop to where all I had to do is plug it in, do a little configuration and I was set. We love the fact they are so close and so accomodating. Thank you for being such an honest, experienced and customer service oriented company! You have our business for life!
I have used Schrock Innovations for many years for my computer. I subscribe to their virus protection program as well as to their automatic updater. I have never had a virus since the first day I subscribed. If I have an issue with my computer, I can call and the service desk is happy to help me over the phone. All the employees are friendly and helpful.
