I had such a great time training at Scramble Academy Leeds! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience even better. The gym itself is spotless and really well looked after. If you’re looking for a jiu-jitsu gym in Leeds, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. As a beginner to jiu jitsu, I’ve tried a few gyms out and Scramble has been the best by far. Instructors and members are welcoming, kind and want to see you do well. A really great environment for all skill and knowledge levels. Great facilities and always super clean, would definitely recommend for anyone looking to train!

The best gym in Leeds for Nogi and Gi Bjj by far and they even offer other classes such as striking and mma which are equally as amazing, I’m purely a grappler though and only do grappling these days. I try and drop in every Saturday which can be hard when you have jobs and things in the way, no car and it’s a good few buses away but it’s 100% worth the visit every single week. Elite level coaches, safe training partners and a good atmosphere as well as a super clean facility with showers, changing rooms and a gym to lift weights and do cardio. I also do judo once a week and am always telling the guys to come down to Scramble to cross-train due to the great vibes, technical skills and excellent training partners you can grapple with. Good luck finding another gym that’s close to Scramble’s level in Leeds and North Yorkshire.

Most five-star reviews are fake, but this one's legit! Super super high level coaching for all levels. They have very big ground mats! The changing rooms and toilets are super clean. Plus, they always have plenty of toilet paper—it’s insane! 🧻🧻🧻 Although it's not very close to the university（or anything where u live), it's definitely worth the extra few minutes — it could save you years of learning time. Seriously, if you're thinking about training BJJ, this is the only place you should go in Leeds !!

The facilities are also top-notch—clean, well-equipped, and spacious. If you're in Leeds and looking for a place to train BJJ, this is the gym to visit. Highly recommended!
