This location of scrub a dub (5 Faneuil Street in brighton) left scratches on the right side of our new car. We found the scratches after stopping in the vacuum area after the wash because our car was still completely wet after exiting. We let the team know and they tried to convince us that the dealership that sold us our car covered the scratches with wax. The heaviest scratches are too deep for wax to have covered this. There arent any dents either. The lighter scratches are all in a line across the right side of the car. A review of this same location from 2 months ago also mentioned getting scratches on the right side of their car. Do not use this location.
