Lindsey H. was great! He arrived during the time window provided, texted along the way, and did an incredible job cleaning the dryer vent. He accessed the roof and discovered a screen over the vent which was completely filled with lint blocking air flow. Cleaned top vent, the pipe down to laundry room, the dryer lint trap and the exhaust pipe to the wall. Documented everything with photos - polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat with.
