I am a long time client of Setrak's watch repair. I highly recommend them for all your watch needs from battery replacement to full servicing.
I dropped off my watch for servicing at Setrak's Watch Repair as I wanted to support a local watchmaker instead of sending the watch off to Breitling for servicing. What a mistake that was. Setrak's cost to service my watch was over $1,000 and took over six weeks when Breitling's cost would have been $660 with the same servicing and replacement of parts (I confirmed this with Breitling). I feel ripped off and will not return. Do not recommend.
Jose was able to swap out my Longines watch bracelet with a strap band quickly, even though the mechanism was so complex that two other watch repair servicemen refused to do it for me. I am grateful for his efficient and reasonably priced services.
