I gave them the almost impossible request if a 15 day close and they delivered! Recommend Rachel and Heather 💯!!

I highly recommend John Hardimon and his team, they move quickly but also keep you in the loop and make sure you understand everything! When John says his phone/ email is always open, he means it!

I have not had a good experience with SFMC. The team is great at passing you off to another person. I started my journey with Natalee Berry. Who was very quick to pass me off to her loan officer Ethan Davenport. I never had a phone conversation with Natalee before she was done with me. Then when I thought Ethan would handle my case he passes me off to Jake Paleschic. He takes the rest of our documents and assures me we are good. Two weeks later we are passed off to another employee. At this point no one is communicating to the next person. We are duplicate and redoing things. We tell one person important information about work and income just for them to not tell the next person. The last person we were handed to was a Rich Villareal. He is unprofessional. He hung up on me. He threaten to “pull” our loan. He even tried to scare my wife by saying her income would not count and that that would be the reason our loan would be disapproved, when we question why he needed the same documents we already turned in. The team points the finger at the last person. They say “this is how it is” which is false. I have had three homes in my life and never treated like this before. Would not recommend. We have great credit and income but treated like second class citizens here.
