He didnt flinch when I told him my very conservative budget, offered me an array of choices that could fit my needs, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and made sure I could get sizing done in under 24 hours. I really didnt expect the level of service that Kyle provided me when I walked in the door. I felt comfortable the entire time. I will recommend the shane company to anyone in need of jewelry and fantastic customer service!

My Fiancé and I had a great experience here. Our jewelry rep, Plange, helped us craft a custom wedding band to match her engagement ring. He also took the extra time and effort to make sure everything between the two rings matched up perfect and make sure we would have the ring before the wedding. He was very knowledgeable and professional but also easy to talk to and cut up with. Great jeweler! Highly recommend.
