Rebekah is an amazing personal trainer. Since starting with her in August 2025, I’ve made real progress in both my shoulder pain and overall strength. She’s incredibly attentive, always mindful of my shoulder and ankle mobility, and adjusts workouts to keep me safe while still pushing me forward. On top of that, our sessions are genuinely enjoyable! We work hard, but we also get to talk and laugh during rest breaks, which makes the experience so much better. I feel stronger, more confident, and actually look forward to adding weight to our workouts. I can’t recommend Rebekah enough!!
Veronica is the best of the best and I love this gym! It is a lovely community of people with 1:1 care and attention from extremely skilled trainers. Veronica has worked with me through chronic disc issues, creating custom and very thoughtful programming that has helped me build strength. 12/10, would recommend!!
I’ve been working out with Walter at Garage 1880 for the last five months, and it’s been such an amazing experience! Not only is he such an attentive and motivating trainer, he brings the laughs and fun to each of our sessions. The physical results and strength progress I’ve made in just twice weekly sessions in five months is a testament to Walter’s knowledge and dedication to his clients. There’s an energy to this gym that can’t be beat. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and not to mention they’ve cultivated such a safe space here. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend Garage 1880!
I’ve worked out on my own for years, but I’ve never seen the kind of results I’m seeing since I started training with Rebekah. I’m stronger, have a way better mind-muscle connection, and I actually feel like I’m making real progress. Rebekah is super knowledgeable and always finds the right way to challenge me without it ever feeling overwhelming. She’s also just really easy to work with—friendly, encouraging, and super flexible when it comes to scheduling, which I really appreciate. (She also always has a good show to recommend.) Training with her has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Can’t recommend her enough!!
