Charlie has been my barber since I started coming here. Best barber I’ve ever had and the service has always been phenomenal. Excellent at what he does, passionate about his work and incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommend him to anyone that wants to try a new barber.

Very good haircut from Magda. A comment on tipping for Shepherds itself: you need to get rid of the mandatory pre-tipping when I book. That is a terrible policy. I select £1 (because it won't let me select £0) and then it doesn't give me the chance to change it after the fact to a reasonable amount. I very nearly didn't book for this reason alone. I will have to think twice in future. My haircut justified a tip, but I'll never tip in advance at any establishment for any service due to the risk of a poor service,

I started going to Shepherds after seeing them online, and Charlie has been my barber ever since. He does an absolutely excellent job every single time. Charlie really listens to what I want, offers recommendations, and talks me through his approach so I always know I’m in good hands. His attention to detail is unreal, and the results are consistently perfect. He’s friendly, welcoming, and genuinely skilled at what he does. After years of cheaper cuts, Charlie’s work has given me my confidence back. Truly worth every penny.

I usually get my hair cut from here, but today I had booked in for a pedicure with specialist Ranjeet. I had paid for the deluxe package, which was absolutely worth the money. Ranjeet is careful, considerate, enjoys a good chat, and overall a very friendly experience. The pedicure starts off with warm water to soften the nails and relax the feet, followed with a simple trim of the toenails. Next, toenails are filed and further trimmed if needed. Ranjeet then gets to work with removing dead skin from in and around the toenails, being careful and considerate as she goes along. Next follows a dead/dry skin removal process from anywhere around the feet including under each toe, and a soothing massage with cream, before being dipped into warm water again. The deluxe package finished with a hot wax and massage to further relax the feet and remove any further flakes and I could not be more happy with the results. My feet and nails are clean, healthy, and feel absolutely amazing. My skin is super smooth thanks to the wax. Top tier service as always!

I am happy every time I get a haircut at Shepherds and Charlie is my barber. I feel relaxed and I even fall asleep for a short while. Charlie is very skilled and professional. He is friendly, accommodating, and above all, he is great at cutting hair. I admit that the texture and growth of my hair are different and difficult, but the result of Charlie's haircut is impressive. Thank you, Charlie."
