10/10- Experience Came to Glasgow clinic to have my lips done, was nervous upon arrival as was only looking for a slight lift and plump. Nurse Hannah and Clinical Manager Lisa, made me feel right at home and ease from the second I entered the room. Hannah took time to fully discuss my concerns and outcome with inputting her excellent advise on how to lift the lip for a natural appearance - which I was looking for! Will definitely be back to see Hannah for my next appointment. Highly recommended skn and their professionalism. Would give 10 Stars if I could!!

Really disappointing experience and would not recommend. Advertise as a free consultation for spider vein treatment, but then charge when you are booked with a medical director without knowledge. Service felt rushed and unprofessional. Staff were abrupt, and they even used what appeared to be sanitiser spray (meant for equipment) on my face because they couldn’t find make up wipes. Pricing was inconsistent—quoted three different prices after being charged £185 consultation fee with high follow up appointment charges that I was not made aware of before treatment. Overall, poor communication and not the standard of care you’d expect. Will not be returning for follow up treatment.

I have had a fantastic experience at SK:N Clinics Glasgow and wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with the service. From the moment I arrived, the team were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. A special thank you to Yvonni, who carried out my laser hair removal treatments—she was absolutely brilliant throughout. She took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during every session. Yvonni’s attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out, and I felt confident I was in safe, knowledgeable hands. The results have been amazing so far, and the whole process has been much smoother and more effective than I expected. I would highly recommend SK:N Clinics Glasgow to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if you have the chance to be treated by Yvonni!

I visited sk:n in Glasgow to find out if they could help me with a scar I had next to my left eye. I had fallen 2 years prior and was quite self conscious about the scar I had been left with. Right away Dr Al-Nakib put me at ease, he explained that he could perform a very simple procedure called Z Plasty and that while it would never be 100% perfect, I could expect to see a big improvement. That was good enough for me so I decided to go for it. A week later I went back to the clinic for my procedure. I was there for around 30 mins. I was pretty nervous which I think was obvious to Dr Al-Nakib and the nurse, Bernadette, who done a great job of reassuring me. He talked me through exactly what he was doing and what to expect. Once finished I was given some aftercare instructions and booked in for a follow up to have my stitches removed the week later. Even with the stitches in and the little white strip plasters I could see it was better than it had looked before. A week later, the stitches are out and I’m really happy. The original scar wasn’t huge but it bothered me and I’m really pleased with the results, which I’m told will continue to improve once the swelling goes away completely. Thank you Dr Al-Nakib and the Glasgow sk:n team.

Very disappointed with my experience at sk:n. I’ve had around 12 laser tattoo removal sessions over several years and even returned after the company’s relaunch, despite losing a prepaid session when they went into liquidation. Appointments were mishandled, I was double-booked after buying travel tickets, and my final treatment was rushed — with several areas of my tattoo clearly missed. I raised a formal complaint and have received no response. After spending hundreds of pounds and years of commitment, this has been extremely disappointing.

I can't praise dr al mckib enough for his treatment and kindness I have seen many skin consultants over the years and they didn't really help I would advise anyone with skin problems needing laser ect to contact him he will make you feel so at ease and during a laser session for rosaca he found skin cancer which he removed I honestly can't praise him enough
