My husband and I have owned a dog before but never really did any real training with her. When we got our puppy Lainey, I knew I wanted to really work on training. We cannot recommend Brandon highly enough. We did training with Brandon in 2024 for our dog Charlie. Charlie was dog reactive and would pull, lunge, bark, and growl at other dogs. When we started training, we felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do for Charlie. Brandon was knowledgeable and provided us with resources from day one. He gave us clear and effective tools to manage and improve the behavior. Now a year plus later, we are still implementing the lessons he taught us with Charlie. He helped us establish good habits/rules/standards for Charlie that we implement daily.

I had a wonderful experience with Sky Soldier Dog Training. My dog is naturally affectionate and thoughtful, and after completing the program, she’s come home as a confident, considerate, and remarkably disciplined companion. The transformation has been incredible and orders of magnitude beyond where we started. As a first-time dog owner, I came into this process with very little understanding of the different dog training philosophies out there. Brandon’s approach stood out as practical, effective, and deeply caring. He clearly puts a lot of effort and thought into each dog’s individual needs. Brandon is an amazing trainer that is very knowledgeable about how to effectively communicate with your dog. I just completed my sessions and have seen significant improvements on my dog’s behavior. I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough—he is truly the best of the best. Over the years, I’ve worked with many different dog trainers, but none compare to Brandon. His dedication to helping you understand your dog is unmatched. We have a diabetic alert dog (D.A.D) for our 4-year-old son who excelled in scent training but struggled with anxious tendencies that interfered with his ability to perform his job effectively. Brandon provided us with invaluable insight and helped us navigate some difficult conversations about what our dog’s journey as a working dog should look like. His honest and compassionate guidance made all the difference. Through our 6-week training sessions, Brandon helped us address Moose’s anxiety, particularly around other dogs. Thanks to his techniques, Moose has made incredible progress. Now, instead of barking or panting when he sees another dog, he looks to me for direction. It’s a complete 180, and the best part is that his behavior has continued to improve even months after completing training. What sets Brandon apart is his straightforward, no-nonsense approach. He emphasizes that there’s no quick fix in dog training—it’s all about consistent effort and practice.
