Visited several jump zones and this one by far was the coolest. What stood out to me was how professional Saniyah was! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and so kind! We are ready to celebrate our girl’s birthday!! 10/10 recommend!

My girls have the best time here, they are 2,4&6 so it doesn't matter what the age, they truly get the best experience. The team members are amazing and very attentive. Saniyah was absolutely amazing with the girls especially during the crafts. Can't beat it!

sky zone has become one of my favorite places to visit. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and the employees are always respectful and willing to help. The location is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I appreciate the consistent customer service and will continue to support this business.

I'm really upset - why book a party room and you can't get allotted time beforehand to set up. At least 10-15 mins prior should be sufficient. Now we're just standing here looking at the room until our guests arrive. Very irritating and would not recommend this place if you like setting up for your child's party! Update: Based off the response from this place I'm still pissed! They are trying to maximize people's money by splitting up a party package with jumptime and room time. It doesn't matter if we arrive for the sole purpose of a party package the room should be included the whole time! Full transparency for parents: if you arrive you will be sitting in the lobby area for roughly an hour while guest arrive to drop off their shoes in a bucket and leave gifts on the table. Super tacky for a business in my opinion AND your kids can't jump after the party time is over while other places let you like Urban Air. I recommend going there instead!!

A Fun Time at Sky Zone Greensboro with a Few Bumps We recently visited Sky Zone in Greensboro and had a blast! The staff were incredibly friendly and active with the kids, which really made the experience enjoyable. It's definitely a place where children can have a ton of fun and get super active, and I'd absolutely recommend it for a lively outing. However, I did notice a couple of areas where improvements could be made. There were a few older teens who were a bit rough, and while I understand that kids will be kids, some sort of security measures or clearer guidelines might be helpful to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. Also, the line for food was quite long, and it seemed there weren't enough cashiers working. The food itself was pretty basic, so you might want to manage expectations there. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience, and it's a great spot for kids to burn off some energy.
