This is a small venue. A good variety of equipment packed into a limited space. It is clean and quiet with several TV screens to view. There is no staff in attendance. Parking is difficult during business hours.

I am staying in Spokane for the summer and am working out at this location for the time being. Unfortunately the experience has been quite underwhelming. Some minor nit picks include that this location is small with only one bench at the dumbbells, and bench press only existing in the squat racks. The real issue with this location is the lack of a front desk. I wanted to bring a buddy in to workout (with a guest pass), however there was no worker and we attempted to workout until the worker showed up and approached us stating that we had to leave. I inquired about a guest pass for him, however she stated that they do not offer guest passes to those who’s membership is managed from another location (unbeknownst to me). Especially when the valley location allowed me to bring in guests for free (with worker clarification). We left without hassle and planned on returning with a membership for my buddy. However, I was then sent an email from my hometown location letting me know I was banned from this location for the offense with no warning! Do not recommend:(

Snap Fitness Spokane South Hill is my happy place! I love the fact that it offers 24/7 access—it may be small, but it’s mighty in its ability to lift my spirits. This gym is my therapy; even on days when I just don’t feel like leaving the house, once I step inside, all my worries melt away. I truly appreciate the spotless cleanliness and the meticulous maintenance of the equipment. It’s clear that the management cares deeply about creating a positive workout environment. While most members are respectful, there are the occasional individuals who show little consideration—arriving in dirty shoes or misusing the equipment. Fortunately, the rules here are simple and effective: return equipment to its proper place, use it appropriately, and change out of dirty shoes before entering the workout area. I’ve even captured some photographs of the less considerate moments as a reminder of the importance of mutual respect. Overall, Snap Fitness Spokane South Hill not only offers an affordable way to stay fit but also provides the sanctuary I need to maintain my sanity. Thank you for being my go-to escape and a true alternative to therapy! These are examples of mistreating the equipment and coming in with dirty shoes. Unacceptable!

I stopped in from out of town, and while there were some obstacles and barriers to entry, once I spoke with the manager on the phone, she could not have been more kind and accommodating. There are some restrictive policies posted on the door about staffed hours, but nothing on the website, so please don't make my "mistake" and show up unannounced. Other than that, very clean, well-equipped for the sq footage, and quiet. Everyone during my visit wiped down and was respectful to the facility. I would have no problem coming back (after making contact to an employee for entry of course)

A solid little gym in South Hill that checks most of the blocks. It makes up for what it lacks (classes -- if that's your thing & redundant free weights during peak hours) by providing a generally uncrowded, drama free environment to crush your workout... Trainers are available.
