I have been training with Jake at Soho Fit since early October. In a word, he is exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable with great attention to detail and proper form during every workout, and he takes a genuine interest and active role in helping his clients achieve their goals. Jake is very firm, calm and balanced in his approach while at the same time always pushing you to the next level. The gym itself is clean and well maintained. Jordan is a great personal trainer whom I enjoyed training with for a couple of years before moving away from Tampa. I can honestly say he’s one of the best trainers I’ve had. He built customized workout splits for me that delivered great results and are still used in my current routines.
