I attended Sam’s yoga class for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. The session had a natural rhythm and a relaxed flow—more focused on stretching and releasing tension. Sam took time to ask everyone about any aches or pains, and tailored the class around those areas, which showed her knowledge and care as an instructor. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, and towels, which made it really comfortable. It’s also conveniently close to where I live. Overall, very refreshing and relaxing—I’ll definitely be back.
Since purchasing my one month unlimited, I have tried various teachers, and each one is fantastic. Open sol flow was no exception. The class included breath work, inversions, meditation, and fantastic hands-on adjustments. I am falling in love with this studio, class by class, teacher by teacher.
Sol spirit is one of the many reasons why I love the JC Heights. I feel so connected to my community when I practice here. The teachers are so kind and knowledgeable. They take their dharma very seriously. The classes are always fun and challenging, but there are also relaxing restorative classes too. They hold fun workshops and community events. Liz the owner is an angel. I usually practice with Marc and Katie but every single teacher is amazing. I feel so good every time I leave. I couldn’t recommend this studio more.
The Montclair studio is brand new and absolutely beautiful! You can feel the positive calming energy the second you walk in the room 🤍 The sun wall with natural sunlight pouring through is naturally healing, Chelsea is an amazing instructor. She demonstrate the poses very clearly, and has you focus on your breath! I’ve gone here twice, and I’ve had such a positive experience both times!! It’s the perfect practice to be mindful, stretch after boxing and deepen my yoga practice! It’s a perfect studio for anyone at any level, I highly recommend it!! ☀️
