Amazing prenatal yoga class with Stephany. She is warm, attentive and skilled. I’ve also done amazing sound baths with them. Love their studio and everyone I’ve encountered there is so lovely!

I've taken the Sunday 11am with Joe and I will sing it from the rooftops..... This is the class you didn't realize you need. His instruction and cues are so supportive, kind and inclusive. His voice is very grounding. In our busy lives, this is the perfectly balanced class to start your Sunday. 🤎🤎🤎

I'm not sure what I'd do without Urban Souls. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I try not to miss Rachel Chan's Friday class. Her brain is a wonder. At the start of class, she asks for requests on specific areas to target. Somehow, she builds sequences on the fly to fix whatever you have going on. I've never met anyone who understands body mechanics like Rachel. Jill Stout is another favorite. Her flows are inventive and fun. Jeff, Brandon, Samantha and Radha are also terrific!

I attended a Sound Bath meditation session conducted by Brendan in my apartment complex. It started with some light stretches, guided meditation and then the sound bath experience, for the major part. The session was very relaxing. I spent the rest of the day feel quite peaceful and stress free. I hope we have more sound bath sessions by US in our building.

I have been attending class at Urban Souls for more than three years and it has been such a positive experience. The atmosphere is more than a yoga studio. It is a community that is welcoming and lifts everyone up. The classes and the teachers made me fall back in love with yoga after not practicing for about 3-4 years. Last year I went through Urban Souls Yoga Teacher Training Program. I could not have imagined going through another other program at another studio. It was amazing program that deepened my practice to levels I could not imagine. I felt supported by the instructors the entire time. I definitely recommend the studio; both the classes, the community events, and the teacher training program.
