This is amazing place with lot of Yogis and Mediators coming here. This place has lot of positive vibes. I took my Happiness workshop, Sahaj Samadhi meditation and other programs here, which are very helpful in my daily life to reduce stress, anxiety and helped me to focus more effectively now. Learnt new breathing techniques and unique Sudharshan Kriya here. Recently I took my advanced meditation course 2 weeks back in August, It helped me a lot to go more deeper in my meditations and spiritual path. Yoga is good here as well.. Lot of diverse people come here and get along so easily. Instructors & volunteers are very approachable, helpful and down to earth. Satsang's, musical nights are so amazing with so much of positive energy. Easy street parking. I would highly recommend to everyone. Lets spread Peace and Happiness.. :) JGD
Positive environment! The people make the difference, the teachers are patient and caring. After the meditation you can see clearly on how to clear your task peacefully and easily. It's a great place to recharge yourself. This is a very positive experience which helps me be a happy person which leads to a happy environment to be around me.
I learnt meditation at this studio and since past 3 years I have been going here regularly to do my practices for follow up and yoga sessions. It has helped me immensely. And I love love the people in this place. Fun to be with them. They have so many open events, celebrating all the occasions. So glad I found this place. I would totally recommend to everyone, to check it out.

A place to relax, reflect and re-energize. I have done Happiness course with Art Of Living sometime back and when I moved to JC, I found this studio to do my weekly follow up. And wow, what a place. I didn't know that a simple space can hold so much happiness, love and peace. I come here from Springfield, NJ every week for regular yoga and meditation with more than 30 mins drive instead of going to a local yoga studios. Only downside for me is that it is a bit walk from nearest train station but the I am not a big fan of walking. Many of you might think this walk as pleasant and short. On other hand finding a street parking is easy in this area.
