This place is expectacular for musicians. Great salons orrooms, or studios for practicing. Well maintained, very comfortable, affordable, accommodating. Few locations to choose from, different studios sizes with different prices. They even have elevator for going upstairs. I love it!
Dope spot if you and your band need some jamming space
Great place for jams. Love watching older dudes rip a cig on the front porch after playing Pearl Jam for three hours

Sonance is the premiere rehearsal center in Austin. Great rooms, killer bands, responsive and helpful management/ownership. Owner is a shredding guitarist. There’s been a vacuum in the rehearsal space world since the disappearance of Music Lab. Sonance is the answer.
