Located within building 1 when you first pull into the lot. You get a key to unlock the front door then there are various rehearsal rooms on 1st n second floor. Each room has its own lockout n there is plenty of rooms available. Climate controlled w restrooms in the main hallway with regular n recycle trash bins in the hallways/stairwells 24 hr gated access n plenty of parking. Powell location described. Happy rehearsing! 😎👍

I'm in Sonance rehearsal Studio. Room to build into what more do I need to say? John is God thank you so much for everything John wait till you see me and AJ's new band(once I'm done setting everything up, in fact I'm taking my vacation right now in order to do this studio, so I'm actually being paid while I'm here... LOL !!!) You're going to love it!!!
