Great, simple, affordable practice space. One of the last in town. Get a room if you can!

A great place to practice in spaces ideal for 3-5 member bands. Rock is the usual genre. Among practice facilities, this one tends to be slightly less loud in terms of other bands

One of the better 24/hr lock-out rehearsal areas I've found. Unfortunately, that doesn't say much. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I wish these kinds of places were more affordable without having 3+ bands share the same room. As for aesthetics, I can't really expect more from a place that rents to musicians. (we kinda suck as a demographic)
