Working with Alicia as a life coach is one of the best things I've done as an adult. I went to her because I thought I was stuck at work and had too much going on outside of work. Alicia helped me figure out what I wanted, set the right limitations, and eventually made me feel better about myself again. What I enjoyed most about her was that she was smart and responsible. She really listens, but she also pushes back against ideas that are overly strict in a way that sounds helpful, not judgmental.
