This was the second time that we’ve worked with Paul and his team and it was just as seamless this time as it was the first time. We were selling our home for the first time and Paul ensured that we had all our questions answered and we were comfortable at all points in the process. His team did such a great job marketing and giving us all the suggestions to get our house ready to sell that we received a full price offer within 48 hours of our house being on the market (even during the holidays)!
