I had a pregnancy massage with Eka and all I can say is wow! I’m at the “everything hurts” stage and had a full body 60 minute massage. I have always enjoyed a firm massage and often find pregnancy massages don’t address muscle pain, Eka did a great job of actually addressing the specific pain points and used good pressure. I felt instantly better after the massage. I especially liked that they use the pregnancy pillow so I can lie face down, my hips are already hating all the side sleeping. The space itself is clean, comfortable and tranquil, it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the CBD. I will definitely be back for more massages, thank you Eka!

Most satisfying and therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had countless treatments over the years to try to address the tension in my back and neck. Amanda carefully and methodically targeted the knots under my shoulder blades in a way that no practitioner has in the last 25-odd years. I cannot understate how impressed I was with her understanding of anatomy. The work she did on my sub-occipital muscles gave me instant relief and I will be returning for further treatments because this has been a problem area for me for some time.

I work long hours which has caused me feeling tingling, pins and needles on my arms. I also have frozen shoulders and pain which sometimes troubles me with chores and activities. I had the best massage experience with Eka today. She started with initial consultation to understand my concerns and my likings. She also matches her strength with what I would want to experience. I felt amazing after my massage and would definitely come back again.

I came for a massage several months ago, and booked with Noah. Despite what the other reviews say, I regret that I had one the most memorable (worst) experiences. He was very friendly and welcoming. However, when he asked me what's brought me in that day, and my response being, "I have a day off and I thought I'd book myself in for a massage," I felt that there may have been a distaste to my response. I appreciate that he is a myotherapist, but after all, massage therapy was offered on their website. Perhaps, he may have perceived the visit to be undeserving of his myotherapy skills. When asked, I did mention an issue I was having with my right shin/foot. No assessment were carry out in response. For a 90 mins massage, I was faced down the WHOLE time, and my right foot did not get anymore attention over where he decided to rub repeatedly with the crossfibre technique (you can imagine how enjoyable this would be when done repeatedly - NO!). I think that speaks enough about my experience. I have been to another therapist, Kiran with Stable Health on a couple of previous occasions, which I was very pleased with. Unfortunately, I can only say the contrary of my experience with Noah.

I wanted to share my experience with Chaya and the center. I have chronic pain in my left shoulder from using my laptop a lot and sleeping in the wrong positions. I tried massages and physiotherapy in different countries and centers but the pain never fully went away. Now I visit Chaya once or twice a month and honestly no one treats my shoulder with the same care and skill. After each session I feel real relief. The center is very professional and really worth it. I even shared a video after a session where you can see how excited I was for the massage because Chaya knows exactly where the pain is and how to release it. Honestly they deserve the best.
