I have had to deal with this issue five times now because Pediatric Associates office have failed to send my child's prescription to the pharmacy. As a result, I have wasted time and energy going to the pharmacy multiple times only to be disappointed. This is unacceptable and it needs to be addressed by the office promptly. This was my experience in March 2022. If you choose to use this practice, be aware that you may need to follow up on the prescription process to avoid unnecessary headaches. The doctors are great here but the operation process needs improvement.
