I absolutely love this yoga studio. From the moment you walk in, the environment is warm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. The owner, Martin, is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful — his teaching style and pace are perfect for all levels, and you can truly feel how much he cares about creating a positive space for everyone. The overall energy in the studio is always uplifting, other students are friendly, the pricing is excellent, and they offer a variety of classes and events that make it easy to find what fits you best. If you're like me and tend to feel nervous or anxious when trying new places or meeting new people, I promise you won’t feel that here. You may arrive feeling overwhelmed, but you’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and completely at peace. Highly recommend.
I love this yoga studio! The owner Martin is a yogi himself so he has created a perfect space to practice and grow. The hand picked teachers are all amazing. Tatsiana's class on Monday night and Erin on Fridays are two of my favorites. The prices are very reasonable. Of course I love the cool lavender towels 😊Highly recommend!
I really love this studio. It’s a great place to get a good workout without judgement. If you are social the people who frequent here are great and it’s a great place to meet potential friends to do yoga with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a permanent studio or even just to drop in for a quick session. Kristyn’s is such a great teacher if you take her class you definitely won’t be disappointed.
I have been a member for just over a month. Every single class (about two classes per week) has been fabulous. I purposely choose easier or harder and we have that choice almost every single day. It meets all of my needs for physical, breathing and mind. I love the studio. Here’s the instructor, Erin. She does arestorative class and it’s always exactly what I need; we do less movement. She also leads a more active class and it’s always exactly what I need; we do more movement.
Came for the yoga, stayed because now I can balance like a boss in poses I used to Google. Studio 108 is like a spa day and a workout had a really chill baby. The vibe is welcoming, the instructors know their stuff, and you’ll leave wondering why you didn’t find this place sooner.
