Really great yoga studio. Did the Hot 90. Worth the drive in. Wendy was a great instructor. Supportive and friendly fellow yogiswill be back. It's hard to believe that I could be hotter than I am but I have a new pin to prove it.

Hot yoga at The Union is The Fountain of Youth. Building strength and keeping blood flowing to vital organs... no ordinary gym does it like The Union. The company owner and each instructor are strong, intelligent, funny and fun loving professionals who will change your life for the better. I was able to wakeboard again at age 55 after a lifetime of backflips rendered my knees unable to perform any board sport. No surgery here, just 90 minute hot yoga sessions for ~2 years and I got healed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I broke my shoulder in DEC and am just getting back to the hot studio. Latoya greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to show me adjustments to try before for the U-60 class started & kept an eye on me during the session. I felt cared for and appreciated her looking out for me. Not an easy class, but getting thru it inspires me to come back. Latoya is the best! #Grateful

There was a definitely a strong sense of community at The Union! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, including two instructors that I spoke to. Gabby, in particular, was warm and inviting, and helped me feel at ease before my first Bikram class after a long hiatus! Honestly, my initial experience at The Union was the best of any yoga studio I've ever been to…seriously!
