I’ve been going to this salon for about 10 years and have had somewhat inconsistent, but generally okay experiences. However, my most recent visit (3/28/26) with Meredith was quite disappointing. From the start, she seemed annoyed with my thick hair and loudly and disgustingly commented on my scalp peeling, which drew attention from others and felt very uncomfortable for me. I explained that I had used a detox shampoo and that it can happen with that certain hairstyle I had, but the way it was addressed felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. During the actual appt, she was more focused on chatting with the client next to me, leaving me sitting there awkwardly a lot of the time. She then kept making passive comments about my hair prior to the appointment, even though I had already explained that I don’t cut my hair often. The overall experience did not match the level of service I expected after all these years—especially with the increase to $62 before tip. At this point, it’s just not worth the price.

All the staff is friendly Jessica is awesome styling my hair I see Jessica about every six weeks and she is the best she’s friendly. She cuts my hair just like I want it she gives me suggestions. She’s just awesome!!!
