Love this studio. A beautiful light airy space. I am a beginner to the Pilates world an am only a few weeks in and I love it. The instructors are amazing and I love the atmosphere. I wish I started sooner

When I booked the community hour session which was a bargain at £8, I was pleasantly impressed that it offers the same value and attention as any other class I have booked. Ty's approach is gentle yet challenging, allowing you to stay within your safety space but also push beyond your limitations for personal growth and improvement. Being able to ask questions during and after the session was easy and informative. I am so happy with my start to my September, with the wake up to my body and muscles, which have clearly been dormant for a while. I highly recommend and I would give 10 stars if I could

Absolutely AMAZING first experience today with the lovely Candace. She went through and explained everything so throughly so you understood on the first instance.
