We are so thankful to Summit Funding! Almost 10 years ago we bought our first house and SF was a huge reason it happened. We had spoken with other lenders but Jonas and his team made it happen for us and with a VA loan. We now have purchased multiple homes and done a refinance with Summit Funding and we will keep coming back and referring Jonas and his amazing team to everyone!

Overall, our experience was top-notch! From the loan processing and underwriting aspect, to answering all the questions we had, everybody responded timely to all calls, texts, and emails! Lacy, our loan officer, even checked in while she was out on maternity leave to make sure everything was going smoothly! I would absolutely without a doubt, recommend Summit Funding!

Julie was so helpful from the very start of this process. We sat down with her and ran different scenarios so we could see what the financial side of things would look like before we started house hunting which was so incredibly helpful! Once we got in contract on our house the loan process was seamless and was completed way before our close of escrow. Julie and her team made the process so easy! I couldn't recommend them more!

Summit Funding was recommended by two family members. They had a great experience with Jonas. Jonas and his team were so friendly and easy to work with. The attention and speed of processing our loan was top notch. When we met to sign the final papers for our new house, Jonas was there to make sure everything went smoothly and there were no problems. he comes to every signing!
