Loan was transferred to Cooper loans three months ago but they continue to in force auto pay for $816.49 each month , their communication to Me via text states loan was transferred and auto pay will immediately stop. I have spent hours trying to reach them by phone and text . You cannot reach anyone to solve this and text are not answered . This company has the worse at customer service I’ve ever dealt with . So each month the takeout $816.49 and return it 10-15 days late . They do not have a clue ???
My husband and I had high hopes of working with Shelby and his company. We are very long time listeners of RadRadio (Hello Maggot Army!🫶) so when we started the process of home buying again it was a no brainer we were going to try and work with Shelby. Other than the first initial phone call, though, everything is not what it seems. After the first call our emails, texts, and calls went unanswered for days and weeks. We were told "Oh I'm so sorry thats happened to you" but his associate was just as bad. We took our business elsewhere and were given the red carpet treatment there. We will never give this company or Shelby our business again nor will we ever recommend them to our friends and family again.
UWM is by far the best in the business. The communication with all of us was top notch. This was a 2022 single wide manufactured home. Clear to close in 12 days. Thank you Daniel Milan best account executive in the business and Liz Rosalez, Senior Loan Coordinator, and her team. You all get 5 stars.
United Mortgage helped us buy our first home. The process was simple and easy, and they communicated throughout the way. Loan Approval came within 2 days of us finding a home. They worked with new home builders to ensure updates were given on time. Even until closing day. We were presented with great home loan options and the overall experience was great. We will definitely recommend United to all of our friends and family.
From the very first call until after closing, the entire team at United Wholesale was incredible. They were super-efficient, thorough, always professional and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I can't stress enough how efficient they were! They made a daunting process feel very smooth and easy. Shelby, Peter and team were amazing to work with and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a crazy quick timeline we needed to hit due to a scheduled vacation and they were absolute rock stars with getting everything finished for us. Thank you!! We will definitely be recommending UWL to everyone.
