Tampa landscape solutions are honest one of the best that I’ve dealt with, and it comes to contractors or services they came out and done six or seven houses in my neighborhood. Everyone is very happy as far as I know we all lost our land landscape to the freeze and because of that our HOA‘s were giving us deadlines so he worked closely with all of us to make sure we were all taken care of. . The owner didn’t ask for any kind of money until the work was complete however, no money was asked for until the job was complete besides a retainer that he asked for at the beginning which was a simply $75 and then I paid the remainder once the work was fully done. Do not give this company ANY money upfront! If he No Showed the court he will take your money and not show up just as he has done to me. If you want this review to go away you need to respect the law and honor the judgement you have against you! You had a opportunity to present your case and you chose not to show up just as you did the whole 5 months I was dealing with you. Clear documented pattern On Feb 2 2026 Chris came to my home to provide a quote to regrade my front yard and driveway. The estimate was originally $16,000 with $6000 down, and the remaining balance to be financed by him at $1000 per month. The agreed upon material was cement, and I was told work would begin in approximately six weeks. After weeks of silence, I attempted to contact him with no response. I later discovered he was in jail and ultimately had to hire a private. investigator just to locate him to serve legal papers. His registered agent address is a vacant house. On June 9 he returned and changed the material to asphalt. asked for another $5000 and 33, the total amount to $19,000 W... He again promised to start on June 16 but never showed up. Multiple calls went unanswered. He resurfaced days later with new excuses, then failed to appear again. He continued requesting more money, despite no work being completed. At that point I asked for a refund due to non-performace and constant changes to the agreement. This was denied. He also instructed me to write, A check iin his fathers name which I found highly suspicious. Further investigation revealed 92 prior arrest many for fraud and theft arrest many for fraud - related issues. I took him to court, and he failed to appear for court- ordered mediation, resulting in a judgement in my favor. I also reported him to sunbiz for having a vacant house listed as his registered agent address, which is illegal. Formal complaints were filed with BBB and Florida Dept of Agriculture and consumer services-he refused to respond to these agencies. Additionally he has been reported to the FCC for creating fake accounts and posting fabricated reviews to inflate his business image The complaint filed with the court with communication between me and Tampa Landscape proving everything I have said is public record and can be viewed at hover at hills clerk court case number029092 In Hillsborough county court type small claims last two digits of year 25

Chris had his Dad uncle and his other crew members come out to our property repaired our irrigation as well as installed seven pallets of Saint Augustine and refreshed our mulch. We’re overall satisfied with the service. They are very communicative and transparent, and I will definitely use them in the future.
