The inspection was thorough, but the recommended repairs for my 2006 GMC Envoy totaled over $6,000, which felt excessive for a vehicle of this age. When I asked for a quote limited to safety-critical items (passenger-side ball joints and a front wheel bearing), the revised estimate was still very high, including $379 for a single ball joint. The labor costs seemed reasonable, but the parts pricing was difficult to justify. I ultimately had the same work completed at a smaller independent shop and saved approximately $1,200. The staff was polite and professional, but I would recommend getting a second opinion if you have an older vehicle or are working within a budget.

Quality of parts was mentioned in some other reviews. See for yourself. Rubber caps on front struts. Previous ones lasted many years, and rubber aged as rubber does, without any chips on top of it. Went to change the struts just because I thought that parts could soon become unavailable for such an old model. I should not have done that, because even those old parts would have outlasted this. These rubber caps were all shiny when installed, and this lacquer or what started cracking within a year. Lacquer? Rubber painted over to look shiny and new? That is the way they look now, almost all of that gone, but you can see the remaining chips. And that is where almost $3000 went, as if they were genuine car maker's parts. So, now, what to think about the quality of other parts. Drive and fear. Take pictures of everything, before, during and after.

They have the best staff! They are helpful, kind, and always patiently help me understand what’s going on with my car. It’s also super easy to make an appointment online. I’ve been going here for years, but now I’m super excited they’re close to a streetcar stop! Very helpful if you work along the route and need to drop your car off before heading into the office.

I needed a tire repair and it was done in an hour even though they had someone call out of work that morning. I made an appt online the night before. They were nice and very reasonably priced. I will gladly be a returning customer!

I was experiencing losing air pressure from my left rear tire. I stopped at Telle Tire on Main Street, Kansas City. I walked into friendly greetings and helpful people. I am so happy I did. They weren't sure if my tire could be repaired or if I had to get a new one but they worked on the old one and was able to make the repair. I and my pocket was very happy!!! Then they surprised me and told no charge!!! I've been searching for a car repair shop that would help me with the upkeep of my car. I think I have found them. Not because of the freebie, but by the way I was treated during my service. Thank you so much!!
