Absolutely the worst experience with a pest company. The billing department has no idea what they are doing. I had services for a house I owned and then sold. When sold I paid a years worth of services and cancelled the account. It has now been over a year and they still have not cancelled the account. I have called, texted, emailed and every time I am told it is completed and removed from my name. AND THEN I STILL GET A BILL. Every call the person tells you the same thing and nothing ever gets done!!!!! Do not recommend!!!!

David Cleveland arrived on time and explained what he would do to perform a Termite inspection. He walked the perimeter of my home and helped me understand what to look for. He was very informative. He checked all my traps and added chemicals if necessary. He was very professional and yet fun to visit with. Thank you David!

David Cleveland was very kind and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. He was very professional and helpful. He did not rush the job even though he had other customers. Made you feel like you were the most important customer.
