After some recent interest in seeing what a sound bath was all about, I did some online searching and landed on The Awakened Center. (Great reviews helped me choose!) I booked a private sound bath and brought a few friends to join in on the first time experience. We all went in not knowing what to expect, but with an open mind. We all left with slightly different experiences but overall, we all had an overwhelming feeling of being calm, relaxed, and reset. We also decided this was absolutely something we wanted to keep in our rotation for self care as it was amazing and unexpected. Krista was great. The environment was calm, inviting and comfortable and we all felt comfortable with her. She provides a relaxing space, comfortable zero gravity chairs, essential oils to use as you please, and an eye mask. Bring a blanket! The session was wonderful - so many different sounds and different experiences with each one. If you're considering trying a sound bath or even if you've already experienced one, I highly recommend Krista at The Awakened Center. We will definitely be back soon!
