The owner helped me with several large chips from a rock on my windshield along with a previously sealed crack that reopened. He was honest from the beginning and said he might not be able to fix it depending on how the cracks had formed. Fortunately, he was able to fix it and did it within 15 minutes! He also told me exactly what number to call and what to say in order to make sure the repair was fully covered by my insurance. I definitely recommend The Crack Doctor to everyone!

Sam is excellent, I’ve been here twice now to fix cracks from rocks hitting my windshield. He is super quick, friendly, has a streamlined process to have you make a claim for insurance billing and has a nice waiting room. I feel great taking my car here!

Sam did an amazing job. I got a rock chip right in my line of sight while driving out to Phoenix to visit some friends. When I got home I had to take care of it as it was driving me crazy since it was right in front of me as well as the fact that I didn't want it to get worse. Went on a Saturday around 1245pm and he had one car in front of me. Looked at my combo bulls eye/bat wing crack. Said it'd be nearly 💯 gone. 15 minutes later the repair was complete and it was practically gone. If I didn't know it existed I would have a hard time finding it. I guess the best thing to do is not wash the windshield before the repair as water will trap dirt in the crack which will make it more apparent. Before and after pics.
