I took my Cavachon, Rusty, to be groomed at the Groom Room this week. Our groomer, Kennadee is fantastic! We used her when she worked at another groomer and we had to follow her to the Groom Room! Rusty just loves her as she is fantastic with him making him feel comfortable and loved during his visit. She also gives him the best haircut of any groomer we have ever used. Also being our first visit the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. If there was a way to give a rating if greater than 5 stars I would have done so. Do you pet a great favor and take them to the Groom Room. You will be glad you did!!!!
Our baby girl needed a spa day and the Groom Room delivered!! Our Great Dane, Memphis Belle, received such thoughtful care and treatment. Highly recommend to others.
I went with this place because I saw another review saying how great The Groom Room did with their Aussie. Oh my goodness they did not disappoint!! Definitely will be going back and bringing our 2 other dogs. Thank you guys so much for doing such an amazing job! She’s glowing!
We love The Groom Room! Friendly staff who are very sweet to my dog. Always easy to get an appointment, even very short notice, great job with the cut/groom, and a competitive price. Also, a very smooth check in/check out process. I also appreciate that they are connected to our vet - River city. Made it easy to update his vaccination records, etc.
