Great staff and equipment but the walls and gear are showing their age. Men’s bathroom often has a bit of flooding and smells. The thing that I mind the most is that after the pandemic ended they removed all the self cleaning equipment but there are stills signs saying to wipe things down after use. Another frustrating thing is that the cable machines are often missing the handles (eg pictured), so much so that I’m resorting to bringing my own

I wanted you to understand my personal needs, and found you to be very understanding of those needs. I feel physically stronger, emotionally more determined to build strength and mentally more confident with my appearance.
