This shop is a real rare gem! If you want to support a narrative of true craftsmanship while adhering to world class standards through your jewelry choices or gifts, come here. Whether for watch repair, jewelry or repair, prices are great and they make everything in house. They even have workshops to make your own, if you’re the kind to go that route. Highly recommend this very friendly and locally owned independent diamond in the rough.

The Jewelers Guild is incredible! When I opened the door I knew immediately I was in good hands. I had an on the spot consultation with Emily and Robert about the best way to go about repairing my wedding ring. Not only did they repair it, they created a whole new ring for me using my existing stones and gold metal! Emily meticulously searched for the exact shape and I am over the moon, so happy with my “new” ring!!! Thank you everyone that works at the Jewelers Guild for making my ring so beautiful!! I highly recommend this business everyone!

We had a great experience here! We did the make your own wedding ring class, and it was so much better than we had anticipated. The process was super engaging, interesting, and fun. Neither of us had any experience with jewelry making prior to the class, and, with the help of Robert and Emily, made two beautiful rings that we can't wait to start wearing after our wedding this summer. We'd definitely recommend this shop - thanks for a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at The Jewelers Guild! The staff members here are all amazing; however, I worked closely with Emily and Robert. These two know their stuff and were very helpful in answering all my questions. They were patient and willing to take the time to help me create a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. They were able to use preexisting sentimental items from our mothers and grandmothers to craft a very unique and special ring! I definitely recommend checking out The Jewelers Guild! I have found my forever jeweler and will return for all my future jewelry needs!

My future bride, Cathy, and I wanted custom rings for our wedding and we wanted to take part in designing them as well. Searched all over Milwaukee and found this AMAZING place! The entire team made the process easy and too much fun. I wanted a guitar string included in my band and he crushed it! And best of all, the rings are simply fantastic. Highly recommend creating your rings with this team.
