Excellent food and well priced. We had the Kilpatrick Oysters and beef carpaccio to start, then wagyu rump, Scotch Fillet, and large airón with chips, mash, mixed salad and garlic mushrooms. We finished with the creme brûlée. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The initial/ drinks service wasn’t great, but after we’d ordered food the staff that served us were excellent. Would highly recommend coming!

An overseas friend’s daughter and her husband were in town for a short vacation, and my wife and I caught up with them over dinner at this restaurant. We had made a reservation beforehand and were seated promptly upon arrival. For our meal, we ordered two Black Angus eye fillets, a chicken schnitzel, and a chicken parmigiana, along with sides of sautéed baby spinach and garlic mushrooms to share. Of course, we also enjoyed some wine and other drinks with our meal. Although there was a bit of a wait for the food, the restaurant was quite busy for a Tuesday evening, so we completely understood. When the dishes arrived, everything was served together, hot and fresh. The steaks were cooked perfectly—my friend’s son-in-law was especially happy with how his was done. I was very pleased with my chicken parmigiana too, which came in a generous portion and was delicious. The service was decent, considering how busy the place was, and the staff remained polite and attentive throughout the evening. Overall, we had a lovely time dining and catching up. This wasn’t our first visit, and once again, the food lived up to the great standard we’ve come to expect. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

This was our first visit to The Little Hunter, and it definitely won’t be the last. The service, atmosphere (or is that the aroma) and food were all sublime. The front of house staff were just a glance away, yet didn’t hover. We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and a quick word to the staff saw our oysters arrive complete with a birthday candle! The portions were generous and cooked to perfection. We'll be back.

The food here is just amazing! So tasty, meaty and fresh. I enjoyed the meat skewers and was certainly not disappointed. You need to book as the restaurant does become full quickly as it is very popular. The wine list is well selected and paired to the food. This place is a must visit if in Adelaide!

My partner and I hear great things about this place and diners weren't wrong. From when we walked in the service was nice. Friendly staff were there to assist you with questions from the get go. The food was amazing with quality cuts of meat and their oysters were top notch. I would definitely come back here again for sure. Hands down one of the best places in Adelaide 👌
