Oh wow! My first one ever — and it felt so good! Super gentle on the body, but I still got that burn in my glutes. The place is super cute and very Instagrammable — seriously, wear your best leggings set and come early to snap some pics 😄
I had one of my all-time best massages here. Lexa was utterly incredible at finding and releasing knots. There was a high-quality precision and professionalism throughout the session, and I felt not just relaxed but lighter afterwards.
The owner Nati is a fantastic instructor and does a superb job making the class engaging for newcomers and veterans alike! I had never done Pilates before coming to the studio, and I had a great time. One of my favorite parts is how communal the entire class is--everyone is eager to help and engage each other.
Nati has created a true oasis in Oakland. I feel so lucky to have a studio within 10 minutes of my home. I started pilates last year at The Oasis as a first timer and was welcomed with open arms.. literally from Nati. She is a truly wonderful person! She is an absolutely incredibly instructor who deeply respects pilates, but makes it fun and pays incredible attention to detail. Because of her my pelvic floor has strengthened and my back pain stopped since giving birth and I feel stronger all around. Pilates is a workout I truly look forward to doing because of my time at The Oasis.
